this semester i had a web technology lab where we had to make a project related to web technology..
I made a shopping cart application and and added a lil charm to it with the help of a template ..
but every body turned up with all kinds of fancy sites .. ranging from college forums to impressive music sites ..
how can i make such fancy sites ?

hmm .. well i need help with designing / making the site ..
and one more thing ..can you help me get a better idea of content management systems i mean should i use them or not and if yes which one is best suitable for my level ..
