If .com is not available than which extension you will prefer?

I will prefer .info.

.net, its the next most common. .info just seems awkward to me for some reason. Maybe it's the 4 letters.

I would go com -> net -> co.uk -> org -> info I think

.com > .net > .in > .org > .co.in > .biz

I think that .info is worth more than any local extension unless you are targetting locals in your business.

Im in the UK, not sure if that sways my opinion but I only ever register .co.uk except for a .info one time many moons ago.

I used to register just .co.uk but now .com and .net are more appealing because they're shorter and don't tie you to a specific country

.org > .com > .net > .co.uk

Always preferred .org to .com for some reason (perhaps most of the stuff I get domains for is more suited for .org, like OPEN SAAAUCE projects).

Wouldn't even consider .info. Yick.

I think i'd go along with most everyone else .com > .net > .org
I've never really considered .info, i'd probably only choose that if i was doing something for an internet but for internal use site.
