I want to use CentOS 4+ hosting.
The data center should be in USA,UK,Canada,Australia,france,German,and India.

EastSolid (http://www.eastsolid.com) use CentOS. Not sure what version though...

Why do you need a specific OS/version?

Cpanel says CENTOS Enterprise 4.6.

How can a data center be in 8 countries at once? Do you mean distributed hosting? MediaTemple are supposed to be very good (and have a feature similar to this I believe).

If you just want a data centre in one of those countries, I'd recommend EastSolid. I hardly ever have any problems with them, and when I do it's almost always fixed immediately (they've even recompiled bits of software for me before, bear in mind this is shared hosting - the service is excellent for the price).

If you want complete control over your OS, I'd purchase a VPS. They're not expensive and you can do whatever you like with one (normally). I've heard that SliceHost are good too, they certainly look it from the website.

I don't think he needs a distributed host, he probably meant "or". Anyway that would be interesting to know about this feature from MediaTemple, is it their grid solution?

To the OP: Serverpoint.com offers Centos 4 on one of their shared servers witH Cpanel.

A2hosting.com offers CentOS 4 as well. They are in the USA.
This company provides many features helpful for web masters.

For UK companies
uh-hosting.co.uk (one of the stable in the area)
Unfortunately I'm not familar with other regions

I think it's the question of support of the company you have already chosen IMO.
