Who can tell me how to start a PHP script everyday at midnight? Is it all about a script that would be launched commonly? Or is there any Apache option (or something) to start it daily?

You have to have an entry in the crontab, from previous posts I believe you use linux so you have to put an entry into "/etc/crontab" as root.
