I think it's worth saving up for the Zend Studio.

But I also like Notepad2.

Look into Eclipse PHP, which is a nice IDE. If you want just an editor, I use Notepad++ on Windows and Kate on Linux.

Kate rocks for programming in any language. A Windows port of it would be cool though. Gotta love the tabbed files
