User Generated site architecture

Creating a design for a user rating and review site for locations, so user can enter a location and find like a restaurant, doctor, etc with a google map.

Now the question is, is it better to create templates for each category like restaurant, doctors, etc and let users create the pages on their own as they want to rate OR can I design the system to capture all locations from google maps and automatically create a page for each location?

I would create templates for each category. In the end, your visitors will be less confused with the same type of business looking different.
