Namaskar Pal,
An email account on indiatimes.com, where attachment status :done is shown, but the receiver does'nt receive the attachment nor I get a message of attachment; is shown below "TO:"; on compose page.Plz do the needful, depicting the actual cause.OR any clue.

are you using, a program like microsoft outlook, mozilla thunderbird, or webmail such as squirrelmail. It could just be the mail client you are using..

It looks like indiatimes.com just offers web based Email services. Although I would really suggest you ask indiatimes.com for help on this as they will be able to provide a superior support than some of us have to offer, it may also be a problem at their end so it would be worth contacting them first.

You can try using this email address to contact them about it emailfeedback@indiatimes.com which I found here http://info.indiatimes.com/feedback/itfeedback.html
