well, i was a young female coder. i started out seriously coding at around 18 and have been hooked ever since. True... i'm 29, but still... i'm decently young =p Here's a tidbit... every person on my web development team (email) is a woman and there are a few others on the site team as well.

I am 25, and into coding for the last 3 yrs...I have a team of 4, comprising of women only... When I started, I wondered, how tough it would have been to survive in this field

At the beginning of my career I gathered coders from different Coders Forum ... Now I have my own office...

at my home.. Planning for something big...
