Continue to learn C++

Hello, this is Chetan here. Last time I posted about starting with C and C++.
Now I'm finished with the basics or say more than just basics. Now I want to learn advanced C++ and java and I want to continue with learning graphical programming in C++.

Do you know of some good book, or better some online tutorial. I seriously don't have time to go for finding a teacher and attending classes.
